林欣傑 (Keith Lam)（a.k.a theDemos）1980出生於香港，為新媒體藝術家，現職藝術團體dimension+ 藝術總監，香港理工大學設計學院和香港藝術學院的客席講師。曾任職香港城市大學創意媒體學院導師，「微波國際新媒體藝術節」擔任技術總監及顧問。他創作的作品被邀請到世界各地多個藝術展展出，包括Ars Electronica Festival (奧地利電子藝術節), FILE 2009 (巴西聖保羅), Split Film Festival (克羅地亞),  AveCom(荷蘭), 台灣數位典藏藝術節 , 微波國際新媒體藝術節、Wikimania 2007，誠品的董陽孜書法展中聯合創作作品 “書法.空間.運算”和 香港藝術雙年展2003 等等。其中大型互動裝置『Moving Mario』獲得電子藝術界桂冠－奧地利電子藝術節（PRIX Ars Electronica）2008 互動藝術組別的榮譽提名。其在藝術上的努力及成就讓他榮獲香港藝術發展獎2008之藝術新秀獎（電影及媒體藝術）。

他同時創作很多電子聲音影像 (audiovisual)，致力把新媒體元素注入具實驗性的電子音樂，曾合輯《香港電氣》、the Dusty City 和 When French Electro Meets Hong Kong，並參與現場演出如「法國五月 ‘06 藝術節」 , “Wikimania 2008 Taipei”, New Vision Arts Festival 08, DIGIT@LOGUE etc.。有樂評人曾這樣評他: “不知他手上拿著甚麼樣的奇怪儀器, 卻造出吸引人的音樂和影像” 。

他同時亦積極於新媒體藝術的教育工 作，曾擔任多個工作坊的講師如台灣國立交通大學的「玩趣工作坊」,IFVA 互動多媒體工作坊及講座, 國立台灣美術館的Design by Number工作坊及講座,「微波國際新媒體藝術節０ ６」的Procedural Animation工作坊，學學文創的癮 – 國際數位設計論壇，開放源碼Pure Data中學等工作坊。林欣傑也是新媒體藝術團體「玖樓 陸 兜友」(GuLLDY) 的創會成員之一。團體早前進行一項關於「開放資源」 (Open Source) Right Click的新媒體藝術推廣計劃 。

Keith Lam (a.k.a. the Demos) ,born in Hong Kong at 1980, an new media arts artist, Artistic Director of an new media art group “dimension+“, Visiting Lecturer of School of Design of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Hong Kong Art School. He was an Instructor at the School of Creative Media, Technical Director and consultant of Microwave International New Media Arts Festival. His artworks have been invited to numerous festivals around the world, including Ars Electronica Festival (Austria), FILE 2009 (Brazil, Sau Pualo), Split Film Festival (Croatia), AveCom (The Netherlands), Microwave International New Media Arts Festival (Hong Kong) , Wikimania 2007 (Taipei) , Eslite Digital Caillgraphy Exhibition (Taipei), Taiwan Digital Media Art Archive Festival (Taipei) and Hong Kong Arts Biennale (Hong Kong), etc. His work “Moving Mario” has awarded the Honorary Mention in Ars Electronica 2008 Interactive Arts Category. Because of his effort and remarkable achievements on arts, Keith has awarded Award for Young Artist (Film & Media Arts) of Hong Kong Arts Development Awards 2008.

Aside from this, he is working on audiovisual with new media. He has participated in live performance in various countries including “French May ‘06 Arts Festival”, “Wikimania 2008 Taipei”, New Vision Arts Festival 08, DIGIT@LOGUE etc. And also participated in compilation albums such as “Xiang Gang Electric Vol.1,” “the Dusty City,” “When French Electro Meets Hong Kong”, etc.

At the same time, he is active in the new media arts education and has been lead various workshops such as Playaround workshop in Taiwan ational Chiao Tung University, Procedural Animation@Microwave, IFVA interactive media, Design by Number @National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, Addict – Digital Fascination Forum, etc. Keith is one of the founders of GuLLDY, a new media arts group currently working on an Open Source project “Right Click”.
